20:57Z 78 PA Bradford North Rome A microburst began near Dry Run Road, just south of where the Bradford County tornado lifted. Trees, mostly hardwood, were intermittently snapped and uprooted along the 1.5 mile path. Minor shingle damage was noted to the roof of a home on Dry Run Road. In addition, an unsecured carport was overturned and blown east-southeastward on the property. The last tree damage associated with this straight-line wind event was observed on the east side of PA-187, in far northern Wysox Township.

21:43Z 50 PA Wyoming Skinners Eddy Strong thunderstorm winds caused flying debris and a debris field in the vicinity of Laceyville, moving east along the Susquehanna River. A funnel cloud was spotted as well.

21:45Z 65 PA Butler Evans City Drone footage confirmed a downburst began near the Evans City Cemetery and spread into the southeast side of Evans City. A diverging debris pattern is noted in the swath of trees snapped or uprooted along the northeast facing hillside as the outflow raced into town. Video in town and damage confirms severe wind continued into Evans City along Mars Evan City Rd and 3rd St. May Lane and Crescent St. where trees were uprooted and a 100 pound grill was moved. Damage and observation via in-situ video are consistent with maximum wind of 70-75mph.
