Numerous trees and power lines were blown down along with some roof damage to businesses. The area was concentrated west and south of the Minnesota River in Yellow Medicine County.

Also, trees were downed at the intersection of Broadway and Interstate 587. Some other trees were also downed on Foxhall Avenue, where two cars were damaged from the downed trees as well.
