14:40Z 52 IN Gibson Francisco A trained spotter estimated the wind gusted to 60 mph. Small tree limbs were blown down. Small hail covered the ground.
18:40Z 52 IN Clark Charlestown A HAM operator relayed a report of an 18 inch diameter tree down in a yard as well as other trees down in the area. Multiple power outages were accompanied by pea sized hail. Local media also reported that at this same time, a roof was blown off of a laundromat on Park Street. A storm survey was conducted and one resident reported a small funnel cloud that didn't touch the ground. Several trees were snapped or blown down west of Charleston. The most concentrated surveyed damage lay along Locust Street and along Highway 403 near the O'Reilly auto parts store. A large Sycamore trees fell on a car parked on Water Street. The survey estimated straight line winds between 60 and 65 mph.
18:54Z 60 KY Oldham La Grange Local media reported that a severe line of storms downed multiple trees around the county. Several sources reported that dime sized hail fell near Buckner and La Grange.
19:40Z 52 KY Franklin Switzer Several trees were downed near Switzer and Bald Knob. Powerlines were downed in Switzer as well.

19:51Z 70 KY Mason Washington A damage survey revealed a swath of wind damage that originated just southwest of the Simon Kenton subdivision on the west side of U.S. Highway 62. In this subdivision, tree damage was widespread and a few homes suffered minor roof damage. There was minor tree and fence damage on the east side of U.S. highway 62 on Algonquin Drive. Wind damage was also observed on the north side of the AA Highway at the Road Ranger gas station, where several gas pumps were blown over, and adjacent empty semi-trailers were tipped over. A Taco Bell sign on the south side of the AA Highway was damaged, and another semi-trailer tipped over behind the Big Sandy Outlet. The swath of damaging winds began spreading in width at this point as it crossed Maple Leaf Road. The wider swath of damage consisted of several homes with siding and roof damage, numerous snapped or broken trees, and broken windows on both sides of Maple Leaf Road. Minor damage was also found on the east side of Maple Leaf Road into several subdivisions and along Hill City Road and Medford Heights Drive. Minimal tree damage was found along Highway 11 to the east, suggesting an end point of the more organized swath of wind damage.||It should be noted that this swath of damaging wind was also sampled by a Kentucky Mesonet site near the Maysville Community Technical College (just south of the Simon Kenton subdivision mentioned above). A 60 mph wind gust was recorded at this station between 3:50 PM and 3:55 PM.

21:05Z 56 IN Huntington Huntington A NWS survey of damage across the city of Huntington revealed a swath of damage consistent with sporadic wind damage along a three mile path from roughly 1.5 miles northwest of Huntington to 1.5 miles southeast of Huntington. Damage along the path was generally isolated in nature and mainly consisted of tree damage or structural damage resulting from fallen trees. Roof damage to a storage unit was also observed near the intersection of North State Road 9 and Commerce Road. No injuries were reported.

04:00Z 67 MD Caroline Preston A severe thunderstorm caused tree and home wind damage in Preston. Multiple residents suffered minor damage to their homes, yards and outdoor items. In the Hughlett Road and Tidewater Circle area, several trees were knocked down. Several fences were damaged. Multiple trampolines and yard ornaments were blown into other yards. Several homes suffered damage to soffits and one heat pump was knocked over. A resident in the area had a measured wind gust of 77 mph. Street signs were also blown down. In the Williamson Street area, multiple residents also had whole trees knocked down.

08:40Z 50 MA Franklin Colrain Numerous large trees and wires on York Road were downed by thunderstorm winds. Trees fell on several houses and cars causing damage.

A number of these trees were downed onto Route 141 and Mountain Road, trapping several cars on the roadway and causing Mountain Road to be closed by local officials.
