22:31Z 65 MO Monroe Tulip Structural damage occurred at a farmstead southwest of the corner of Highways M and C. A few large panels from a machine shed were tossed to the east northeast. A few large trees were snapped near the base on the northeast corner of Highways M and C. This damage was caused by straight line winds around 75 mph.
22:46Z 59 OK Tillman Frederick Winds were generated by the rear flank downdraft of a supercell thunderstorm.
23:07Z 78 MO Monroe Monroe City Regnl Ar Just south of Monroe City, along U.S. Highway 24, several power poles were snapped and tree damage was observed. Cedar and oak trees were damaged. On the far southwest portions of Monroe City, nine homes sustained roof damage where shingles were removed. Also, several large tree limbs, between three and nine inches in diameter were blown down. One large tree was blown down, crushing a medium sized storage shed. In town, the roof of a retail store was removed and displaced approximately 80 yards to the east northeast. Another nearby business sustained minor roof damage. Also, 3 large storage sheds sustained minor roof damage. Additional tree damage was observed on the east side of Monroe City in a residential area.
23:11Z 70 MO Ralls Hassard Two grain bins, located on Highway J just north of Hazard Lane, in far northwestern Ralls County, sustained minor damage. The grain elevator sustained minor damage as well. There was minor tree limb damage that extended for about a mile south of the grain bins.

23:20Z 70 MO Marion West Ely Thunderstorm winds blew over three semis on U.S. Highway 36, about 5 miles west of Hannibal. No injuries were reported.

23:45Z 67 IL Adams Quincy Thunderstorms winds caused a wide swath of damage extending from downtown Quincy near the Mississippi River eastward to Quincy Regional Airport. Numerous power lines and tree limbs as well several trees were blown down around town. One building had a portion of a wall peeled off at the intersection of Broadway and 48th Street. A bank at the intersection of Koch's Lane and 24th Street had minor roof damage. An 18 foot long construction trailer was blown south through the front wall of a Staples store on Broadway Street across from the mall. A restaurant near the airport sustained moderate damage.
