A number of houses suffered roof or siding damage. Fences were blown down. Ten garage doors at a vacant car dealership were blown in.

23:55Z 65 MO New Madrid Portageville The path width of this downburst was about 75 yards, and the path length was about 300 yards. Two well-constructed barns were destroyed. There was shingle and siding damage to at least five homes. Tree limbs were down, and a privacy fence was down.

00:05Z 70 AR Poinsett Mc Cormick Damaging straight line winds moved through Eastern Poinsett County. McCormick was the first town to receive damage at around 605 PM CST. Fifteen to twenty power poles were knocked down along Highway 214 just east of McCormick. Isolated tree damage was found at various spots along the path of this storms through Eastern Poinsett County. A roof was taken off of a building in Marked Tree. Power lines and a tree were knocked on to a house near Lepanto. An 18 wheeler was blown on to its side on Highway 63 near Tulot. Damaging winds then moved into Western Mississippi County.

00:05Z 50 AR St. Francis Forrest City Straight line winds propelled tree branches through the roof of a home in Forrest City and another home in Madison. Power poles were knocked down in Forrest City as well.
00:18Z 74 KY Fulton Hickman The damage area of this downburst was 150 yards wide and 75 yards long. One grain bin was destroyed, with debris scattered 1000 yards from the foundation. A second grain bin had the roof ripped off and was thrown about 100 yards. A machinery shed was structurally damaged. A carport was peeled back, and a vehicle accessory was damaged. Dozens of large tree limbs were broken. Siding was peeled off a house.
00:20Z 83 AR Mississippi West Ridge Damaging straight line winds moved from Eastern Poinsett County into portions of Western Mississippi County. The worst damage was found near West Ridge. Power poles were knocked down, a few trees were snapped and a cinder block garage was destroyed with the metal roofing blown over 200 yards from the building. In addition, a storage building received damage to the siding and a barn lost some shingles. Well pivots were turned over about 5 miles north of West Ridge. Power lines were knocked down in Etowah.

00:30Z 52 KY Hickman Clinton Kentucky Highway 58 was closed between the 10 and 12 mile markers due to a downed tree entangled in power lines. A power pole was down along Highway 58 in Clinton, and the southeast section of town was without power.
00:30Z 74 AR Crittenden Crawfordsville Damaging straight line winds moved through Eastern Crittenden County. The path of damage began near the town of Crawfordsville. Several trees were down or suffered limb damage. Shingles or metal roofing was ripped off several structures. Several pickup trucks and large tractors for farming had broken windows. Winds in this area were estimated at around 80 to 85 mph. Wind damage was also found at the Delta Acres subdivision about 5 miles north of Marion along Highway 77. Several trees and fences were broken or down in this area. Siding and shingles were off almost all in the houses in this subdivision. Winds at this location were estimated at 70 to 80 mph. A roof was torn off a gas station in Marion. The storm continued to move east and crossed the Mississippi River.

00:36Z 52 KY Mccracken Lone Oak A carport was blown across U.S. Highway 45 in Lone Oak. Power outages were reported around the area. On the south side of Paducah, a roof was blown off a small building used as an antique and knick-knack store. The owner reported about 40 percent damage to the merchandise inside. On Highway 131 in the Reidland area, a tree fell on a home.
00:40Z 54 AR Mississippi Cottonwood Corner Straight line winds knocked down power lines on Highway 61 and on Highway 140 near Osceola. A 62 mph gust was measured on a hand held anemometer.
00:45Z 83 TN Shelby Benjestown Damaging straight line winds moved from Crittenden County across the Mississippi River into Shelby County. The damage path continued near Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park where power lines were knocked down. Power poles and several trees were knocked down in the Cornell Street and Frayser Boulevard area in Frayser. Trees and a metal shed were also damaged. A small plane was flipped over at the Charles W Baker Airport and a nearby Fire Department sustained some roof damage. Wind speeds in this area were estimated at 70 mph. The storm entered Millington at around 6:55 pm CST resulting in tree and shingle damaged across the city. Trees and power lines were snapped along Navy Road and Singleton Road on the naval base. A tree was knocked on to a mobile home in the Shady Oaks subdivision. Wind speeds in Millington were estimated at 85 to 95 mph. A tree was knocked on to a car near the intersection of Mudville Road and Rosemark Road east of Millington. Shingle and fence damage was also noted across Bartlett where wind speeds were estimated at 60 to 70 mph. Power lines were also knocked down and a street light was bent at Highway 64 and Highway 70.
00:49Z 78 KY Graves Pilot Oak A microburst occurred at the end of a tornado track that originally started near Fulton. A large barn was heavily damaged, spreading debris southeast across Highway 94.
00:50Z 52 KY Graves Mayfield A large overhead highway sign was knocked down on the Purchase Parkway near the 25-mile marker at Mayfield. Near Farmington, a carport was blown away.

00:58Z 61 KY Marshall Harvy Wind gusts from 60 to 70 mph caused sporadic damage over a fairly wide area of Marshall County. Near Harvey, several trees were blown down. Near Briensburg, portable storage sheds and a pontoon boat were overturned, and a metal carport was blown into power lines. In Benton, a building lost enough shingles that water entered the attic. Debris was reported on the Purchase Parkway near the 48-mile marker near Draffenville. A wind gust to 55 mph was measured near Calvert City.

01:03Z 54 LA Ouachita Cheniere A tree was downed on New Natchitoches Road west of Monroe resulting in power outages.
01:05Z 78 TN Lauderdale Ripley Damaging straight line winds moved through East Central and Northeast Lauderdale County. This is the same storm that produced damaged across Poinsett and Mississippi Counties in Arkansas. Trees were knocked down in the town of Ripley. The town of Gates received damage as the storm continued northeast. Damage to trees and fences was found in Gates. Power poles were snapped and power lines were knocked down along Highway 209 between Halls and Gates. A shop was destroyed and a home was damaged along Lawrence Road.

Several greenhouses sustained roof and structural damage. Peak winds were estimated near 85 mph. The path width was about three-quarters of a mile, and the path length was two miles.

Trees were blown down around Greenwood and a large fence was blow down at the Industrial park.

02:22Z 54 KY Muhlenberg Central City A trained spotter measured a wind gust to 62 mph. Trees were down along U.S. Highway 431.
02:23Z 50 TN Henderson Darden Straight line winds knocked down trees on Corinth Road northwest of Darden. A carport was caved in damaging a pickup truck and a shed was destroyed. A tree landed on a house and a rood was blown off a barn.
