Power lines were down on Bullard Road at Villa Rica Road and on Bell Street.

22:00Z 52 ME Penobscot Stacyville A tree was partially toppled on to powerlines by wind gusts estimated at 60 mph. The tree hung on the powerlines and caught fire. Two sisters and their stepfather went outside to look at the buring tree. While they were standing there...the tree completely fell bringing down the powerlines. The powerlines fell across the girls legs burning them. The stepfather received arm and shoulder injuries after being thrown by a jolt of electricity while attempting to remove the powerline from the girls. All three were transported to the hospital. The injuries were determined to be indirect.

These winds knocked down power lines in Leon Springs, knocked down traffic lights and tore a hole in a house roof in Stone Oak, knocked down tree limbs in Alamo Heights, knocked down trees around the San Antonio International Airport, and caused power outages in Castle Hills.

02:20Z 65 MO Jasper Carl Jct A National Weather Service survey determined that twelve mobile homes were damaged to varying degrees by estimated 70-75 mph straight line winds. Damage was mainly to roofs and siding along a path between County Roads 265 and 270 along Highway 96.

02:25Z 50 TX Jim Hogg Hebbronville Law enforcement reported that four utility poles were toppled by strong gusty winds which occurred during a squall line which moved through Hebbronville late Wednesday evening June 2nd. There was a brief power loss affecting the entire city of Hebbronville as a result of the utility pole damages. At 834 PM CST, the public reported estimated gusts of 50 mph on the leading edge of the line. At Hebbronville Airport (about 4 miles northwest of town), a peak gust of 38 mph was recorded at 820 PM CST.

Law enforcement measured a gust of 54 mph at 922 PM CST as the line plowed through.

04:15Z 51 TX Refugio Woodsboro Large tree was uprooted at Hwy 136 and 3rd Street. A 59 mph wind gust was also measured from a nearby home weather station. Pea sized hail was also reported.
04:15Z 56 TX Nueces Corpus Christi Several hundred large trees and tree limbs snapped throughout the city of Corpus Christi in addition to many power poles. Minor damage was reported to some homes were trees came down on them. Some business signs were blown out. Over 31,000 customers were left without power in Nueces County alone. Debris and brush cleanup by the city went on for weeks after the storm.
04:25Z 61 TX Refugio Bonnie View A 150-200 foot barn was destroyed and blown downwind, 1/4 mile was of FM 629 and Boenig Rd. Several trees were also damaged nearby.
04:28Z 78 TX Nueces (ngp)nas Corpus Chri An NWS storm survey team concluded 80-90 mph winds occurred on NAS Corpus Christi, producing damage consistent with straight-line winds. 4 recreational vehicles were flipped and several others moved. 6 people were injured, with one of them receiving critical injuries. Also, debris from a boast barn was blown into the Laguna Madre, and actual boats tossed into a nearby parking lot. The survey team also observed numerous trees damaged or uprooted through NAS Corpus Christi. In addition, one hangar door was blown off its tracks. Finally, the team observed tree and sign damage in Flour Bluff, as well as a car port and roof of a nearby apartment complex damaged.

04:40Z 78 TX Nueces Bob Hall Pier A NWS storm survey team of Padre and Mustang Islands estimated winds speeds of up to 90 mph produced wind damage consistent with straight-line winds. Shingles were blown off a bank. On Padre Island a 5 story section of an exterior wall of the Holiday Inn collapsed from the winds. On Mustang Island several large power poles were snapped on Hwy 361, and a large side of a brick wall at the Seagull Condominiums collapsed.
04:50Z 65 TX San Patricio Aransas Pass A NWS storm survey team concluded winds of up to 75 mph produced damage consistent with straight-line winds in Aransas Pass. A church had a portion of the roof peeled off. A trailer was also flipped over. Numerous large trees were snapped throughout the city.
04:50Z 61 TX Aransas Rockport At the Cove Harbor Marina signs were snapped and roofs partially damaged. Several power lines and trees were reported downed throughout the city of Rockport.
