Parts of the hanger were lofted into two other hanger buildings damaging them. In addition, several airplanes inside the hangers were also heavily damaged. An airport official also contributed to this report.

22:05Z 61 IL Warren Shaw Wind gusts estimated to be 70 mph destroyed a well-built 60'x60'x35' barn pulling its cement blocks off of the foundation at 2452 1st Ave about 3 miles west of Alexis, IL at 505 pm April 30. In addition, some apple trees were damaged as well as the porch of the residence. This report was relayed by spotter ME23.

23:54Z 52 MO Crawford Cook Station Thunderstorm winds blew down several large trees near Highway M about one and a half miles north northeast of Cook Station.
23:55Z 61 FL Suwannee Branford An approximate seven square mile area of straight line wind damage occurred as a result of a bowing line of thunderstorms. The area of most substantial damage had dozens of large trees uprooted and snapped. A total of 18 structures sustained damage with one mobile home destroyed by a large oak tree that fell through it. Damage indicators suggested maximum winds of around 70 mph. The cost of damage was estimated.

01:50Z 56 AR Cleburne Shiloh A number of trees were blown down and several homes sustained roof damage on the south side of the town of Greers Ferry.
02:22Z 65 MO Carter Fremont A small area of tree damage measured about 300 by 200 yards. Most of the damaged trees were soft white pines. A few trees were snapped six to eight feet off the ground. The damaged trees were less than one-half mile south of U.S. Highway 60 in the Mark Twain National Forest.

02:55Z 52 MI Grand Traverse Hannah Trees were downed on West County Line Road southwest of Kinglsey, and on Voice Road northeast of Kingsley.
02:55Z 61 FL Alachua Cross Creek The public reported widespread damage at County Road 325 and Southeast 143 Street. Six large trees were either uprooted or snapped along a quarter mile path. All board fences along the path were blown over and power lines were blown down. The cost of damage was estimated.

05:05Z 61 AR Mississippi Milligan Ridge Straight line winds blew a shed down and knocked power lines down near Manila. An awning was blown off of a gas station on Main Street in Manila. Several limbs and a large tree was knocked down as well. Fifteen power poles were broken and thrown about a 100 feet into a field between Milligan Ridge and Manila. In addition, tree tops were damaged in the area.

07:00Z 72 TN Weakley Martin Straight line winds knocked a few tree limbs and power lines down near Martin. Winds were estimated at 72 mph.

07:45Z 50 TX Real Leakey A thunderstorm produced estimated wind gusts of 50 kts which knocked down numerous tree limbs in Leakey near County Road 337 and FM 83.
08:05Z 50 IN Clark Memphis Large limbs were blown down on Memphis Charlestown Rd.
08:15Z 70 TN Stewart Model A microburst occurred at Rushing Creek Campground in the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. Average path length was 250 yards wide with a path length of one quarter of a mile. Between 50 and 100 very large trees were uprooted or broken off. Roof ripped off an open shelter. Five guy wires were also downed. Minor damage to vehicles and campers were reported also.
08:18Z 52 KY Trigg Linton Widespread tree damage occurred in the southeast portion of the county, mainly between the community of Linton and Interstate 24. Many trees were down along the Lake Barkley shore at Linton.
