| 20:04Z | EF1 | KLZK | AR | Lincoln | Rose Hill | The Garrett Bridge tornado began north of Arkansas Highway 54 along Arkansas Highway 54E. The tornado tracked northeastward where it damaged some chicken houses along Arkansas Highway 54E. The tornado then proceeded east-northeast along Arkansas Highway 54E causing roof damage to two homes. The tornado then tracked towards the northeast uprooting and snapping several trees before crossing Grangeway Road. Due to the lack of damage in this area, the tornado appears to have lifted near a barn just north of Grangeway Road. This tornado tracked through Lincoln County and has been given a rating of EF-1 with 95 mph estimated winds. |
| 20:19Z | EF2 | KSHV | LA | Union | Linville | An EF-2 tornado with estimated maximum winds near 132 mph touched down on Cable Road southeast of Marion and continued to move northeast, crossing Boothville Road while snapping numerous tree branches and tree trunks, some of which covered the roadway. From there, the tornado reached Earnest Pace Road, where a trailer was lifted and blown off of its foundation, with associated debris also being blown across the road. Extensive vehicle damage was also noted in this area. The tornado continued to move northeast, producing damage along Jurd Pardue Road, where several homes also experienced damage to roofs and carports. The tornado then crossed Dean Church Road where the most extensive damage was found. A local shop collapsed and was then blown off of its foundation. This is where the estimated peak winds of 132 mph were found. The tornado then moved along Parish Road 2260, producing damage to another home's roof and nearby sheds before entering the Upper Ouachita Wildlife Refuge.||Additional damage was located using high-resolution Sentinel-2 satellite data, although this area was inaccessible by ground. Based on the satellite imagery, the tornado continued northeast and crossed the Ouachita River into Morehouse Parish. |
| 20:35Z | EF1 | KSHV | LA | Morehouse | Stevenson | An EF2 tornado moved through portions of Union Parish and into Morehouse Parish. The tornado began on Cable Lane Road southeast of Marion. The tornado then continued to move northeast across Boothville Road where it snapped numerous tree branches and tree trunks, some of which covered the roadway. When the tornado reached Earnest Pace Road, a trailer was lifted and blown off of its foundation, with associated debris also being blown across the road. Mostly trees were snapped and minor roof damage occurred as it continued northeast. The tornado continued through Cook Road before it lifted shortly after. Its maximum wind speed was 100mph. |

The tornado continued northeast towards Egypt Rd, causing damage to a residential area. One home sustained roof damage along with trees and power lines downed. Damage was consistent with an EF1 tornado producing 100 mph wind gusts. The tornado likely dissipated in a wooded area slightly northeast of the residential neighborhood. |

Much of the damage along the path was damaged trees along with uproots and snapped trees, some power lines were down as well. Just off of Gulde Road, chicken houses were damaged with much of their roofs pealed off. Peak intensity was from the chicken house area to Lake Road where the most tree snaps were noted. The maximum wind speed was around 105 mph. One indirect injury was noted as a train ran into a downed tree on the rail road in the area of the damaged chicken houses. |
| 01:40Z | EF0 | KGWX | AL | Franklin | Coker Spur | An EF-0 tornado touched down southwest of Vina on Highway 23 shattering a window and causing minor damage to the roof of a new mobile home. The tornado then tracked northeastward along Hurricane Creek causing tree damage and uprooted trees off of Highway 23. There was damage to a pole barn near the intersection of Highway 23 and Singleton Road where there was major damage to the roof and supporting beams of the farm structure. Continuing to the northeast, the track crossed Highway 3 and Jim King Road causing additional tree damage on the roadways. Winds were estimated between 75-85 miles per hour. |

The tornado continued northeast across Boon Road and caused extensive damage to a gas station. A tree fell on a house at this location. The tornado continued northeast across J.C. Sullivan Road and snapped a few more trees and damaged a shed. The tornado continued across Highway 14, before it ended just northeast of Highway 14 with a few more snapped trees. The maximum winds were 110 mph. |

The tornado continued northeast across Highway 45 and snapped and uprooted numerous trees, along with 5 power poles. The tornado was at its strongest at this point. The tornado continued northeast where it snapped a few more trees and also overturned a Pivot. The tornado ended just north of Dwelling Place Road. The maximum wind speed was 115 mph. |

The tornado moved northeast where it intensified and reached maximum intensity of 110 mph, EF-1, near County Road 503. Several trees were downed including uproots and pine snaps, a shed was destroyed with its contents strewn to the northeast, and 5-6 power poles were downed. The tornado then crossed County Road 71 where an oak was downed before it dissipated near County Road 106 where branch and small tree damage was observed. |
| 02:53Z | EF1 | KGWX | AL | Pickens | Carrollton | NWS meteorologists conducted a storm survey on January 6 that|revealed an EF1 tornado that impacted parts of Pickens County the|previous evening. The tornado began over an inaccessible area|southeast of Zach Simon Road and moved east-northeastward for|nearly seven miles. Along County Road 7, a house had metal|roofing removed, and several pine and cedar trees were downed or|had limbs broken off. The tornado was at its widest and strongest|point along Pine Grove Road, where numerous trees were downed,|including a stand of pine trees along the road of which|approximately 15-20 trunks were snapped. Power lines were downed|by falling trees. A couple uprooted pine trees fell onto a garage|and the adjacent house sustained partial roof loss. More trees|were uprooted and limbs were snapped as the tornado moved across|a farm along McDaniel Road. The path became more narrow along|McShane Road/Phoenix Avenue, where several trees were downed on|both sides of the road in a 125 yard-wide swath. Along County|Road 12, a few more trees and limbs were downed, and a small|wooden power pole was snapped, causing the power lines to fall.|Along Highway 17 near Herbert Windle Road, a couple trees were|downed near a house and across the highway several cedar limbs|were downed near another house. The tornado is estimated to have|ended at this point. |

It continued northeast before it crossed Gum Swamp Road, where some localized trees and limbs were snapped and uprooted. The tornado lifted in a field shortly after. |
