19:44Z EF2 KJKL KY Lawrence Louisa The tornado did extensive damage to the Louisa Walmart and the Brown Food Service Warehouse. Cars and shipping containers were overturned and moved up to 30 yards in the Walmart parking lot. Structural damage to the Walmart and the Brown Food Service warehouse occurred. Numerous trees were snapped and uprooted. The tornado crossed the Tug Fork into West Virginia before dissipating.||Maximum wind gusts were estimated at 120 mph. There were 5 minor injuries at the Walmart.
19:49Z EF0 KRLX WV Wayne Paddle Creek The Louisa tornado crossed the Tug Fork and dissipated on the hillside east of the railroad tracks. Large branches were snapped. ||Maximum wind speed was around 75 mph in West Virginia.
20:27Z EF1 KJKL KY Rockcastle Brodhead An NWS storm survey found damage consistent with an EF-1 tornado near Brodhead KY, with winds estimated at 90 mph. Multiple hardwood trees were uprooted. One automobile had all its windows broken out by flying debris. A sedan was also flipped over and two pickup trucks were moved a short distance by the tornadic winds.
20:42Z EF0 KRLX WV Lincoln Yawkey A survey team found damage consisten tiwht an EF-0 tornado in the town of Yakey. Maximum wind gusts were estimated at 85 mph. Five homes received minor damage, including lost shingles and flashing. Several trees were topped. One large oak tree was uprooted. A small church steeple fell down. All of this damage occurred near the intersection of Routes 3 and 214 and along Detour Road.
21:06Z EF0 KRLX WV Kanawha South Charleston Sporadic tree damage was found along a patch starting near Kanawha State Forest Drive, the crossing Cane Fork Road to near South Park Road. There were several trees uprotted and snapped at the trunk. ||Maximum estimated wind gusts were around 70 mph.
21:18Z EFU KCLX GA Chatham Montgomery Numerous reports and pictures indicated that a brief waterspout occurred along the Little Ogeechee River just south of Coffee Bluff Marina.
