17:33Z EF1 KCLE OH Lorain Belden The tornado started as an EF0 in extreme eastern central Lorain County near the intersection of Island Road and Route 303. The tornado quickly became an EF1 in Medina County and tracked around 7 miles before lifting up near the intersection of Grafton and Marks Roads. Along the 7.3 mile path of the tornado, much of the damage was to trees that were knocked down or uprooted. Some shingle and mainly minor structure damage also occurred. A barn on Station Road was moderately damaged. The max path width was 200 yards and the maximum estimated speed was 94 mph. The tornado was on the ground approximately 7 minutes. Scattered downed trees and limbs observed east of this location was determined to be a result of straight line winds.

17:43Z EF1 KCLE OH Medina Bennetts Corners A National Weather Service Storm Survey confirmed an EF1 tornado touched down just southwest of the intersection of Ridge Road and Boston Road in Hinckley causing minor damage to a home. It then moved across the water treatment plant and lifted at the eastern edge of the Valleaire Golf Course off Boston Road. Tree damage occurred at the golf course. The tornado tracked approximately 1. 6 miles with a max path width of 150 yards.
18:15Z EF1 KPBZ OH Mahoning Ellsworth A National Weather Service storm survey confirmed a tornado touched down near the Society of Saint Paul on West Akron-Canfield Road and skipped east northeast through Canfield Township and the city of Canfield and finally lifted near South Raccoon Road in the northeast corner of Canfield Township. About 10 homes were damaged with trees on several houses and a couple of garages were heavily damaged. The storm tracked for just over 5 miles with maximum width of 200 yards and estimated wind speeds of 90 mph.
18:48Z EF1 KPBZ PA Mercer Greenfield A NWS Storm Survey found damage from an EF1 tornado near Hoagland in Mercer county with estimated winds of 90 MPH. A sporadic damage path of almost 2.5 miles was found with a maximum path width of 150 yards. Numerous trees were snapped and uprooted, with roof damage to 2 barns and 1 home, as well as a metal fence blown down.
19:25Z EF1 KPBZ WV Marion Mt Harmony An NWS Storm Survey found an EF-1 tornado touched down just inside Marion County, with estimated winds from 90 to 100 MPH, and a sporadic path just over 2 miles that continued into Monongalia County. The maximum path width of 50 yards produced a narrow corridor of tornado damage, mainly to snapped or uprooted hardwood trees. One structure sustained damage when a tree fell onto a garage.
19:26Z EF1 KPBZ WV Monongalia Smithtown An NWS Storm Survey found an EF-1 tornado touched down just inside Marion County, with estimated winds from 90 to 100 MPH, and a sporadic path just over 2 miles that continued into Monongalia County. The maximum path width of 50 yards produced a narrow corridor of tornado damage, mainly to snapped or uprooted hardwood trees. One structure sustained damage when a tree fell onto a garage.
19:55Z EF1 KPBZ WV Taylor Coffman An EF1 tornado with maximum wind gusts estimated around 100 mph touched down near Route 310 north of Grafton and just east of the Tygart River. The storm continued through the Wickwire Valley, then northeast through mostly uninhabitable terrain. The track ended in the Twin Oaks subdivision, just west of Route 119. ||There were no fatalities or injuries. The damage was mostly snapped and uprooted healthy trees. One manufactured home was destroyed after a large tree fell through its roof. A carport was also destroyed.
22:15Z EF2 KBGM PA Sullivan Cherry Mills An EF2 tornado with maximum winds of 120 mph was confirmed near Dushore. The tornado produced considerable damage along a path that measured just over 2 miles long, exiting Sullivan County and crossing into the Bradford County (NWS Binghamton, NY CWA). The tornado was on the ground for about 5 minutes with a maximum path width of 400 yards. The tornado touched down in a field and crossed Elys Road, where a roof was blown off of a house and a barn. Some of this debris was thrown over 100 yards. A trailer was thrown 30 yards and demolished. Dozens of trees were downed.
22:20Z EF1 KBGM PA Bradford New Albany An EF1 tornado with maximum wind speeds of 100 MPH, a path width of 500 yards and a path length of 4.5 miles knocked down numerous trees. A barn collapsed and a trailer was blown off its foundation and turned 90 degrees on Marsh Road. The metal roof of a barn was peeled off and blown 200 yards.
22:33Z EF1 KTYX NY Oneida New London An EF1 tornado touched down with estimated maximum wind speeds of 80 to 90 MPH. It traveled with a path length of 1 mile and a maximum path width of 600 yards. This tornado damaged a pavilion, lightly damaged a home and uprooted numerous trees.

23:00Z EF0 KBGM PA Luzerne Harveyville An EF0 tornado with maximum wind speeds of 70 MPH was confirmed near this location. The tornado touched down in a rural area along State Route 4041 in Fairmount Township. The tornado destroyed a storage shed, a nearby garden and numerous trees along this road before moving through a wooded area and striking a dairy farm on Ridge Road. A roof was torn off of a barn and a grain silo was shifted off its foundation. The tornado crossed over corn and hay fields before lifting above a narrow valley.
23:02Z EF2 KTYX NY Madison Peterboro A tornado touched down in Smithfield just 2 miles to the northeast of Peterboro. This EF2 tornado with a path length of 2.5 miles and a path width of 235 yard resulted in 4 fatalities in Smithfield. Three homes were destroyed and 5 additional homes sustained significant damage.
23:05Z EF1 KBGM PA Susquehanna Kingsley An EF1 tornado with estimated maximum wind speeds of 90 MPH...path width of 150 yards and a path length of 1.4 miles touched down just south of the Borough of Kingsley. Numerous large trees and power lines were knocked down with several homes being struck by large trees. A chimney was partially damaged on one home.
23:25Z EF1 KTYX NY Oneida Deerfield A small tornado tracked for approximately 1.3 miles through a residential area near Utica NY. The tornado was rated as an EF1 with maximum estimated wind speeds of 90 MPH. Dozens of trees were chopped up or felled by the tornado and one residence lost two walls of an attached garage. Several other residences experienced shingle and siding damages.
00:40Z EF0 KENX NY Warren North Creek A National Weather Service Storm Survey determined that a brief EF0 tornado occurred in the village of North Creek. The tornado was accompained by a microburst, which occurred to the south of the tornado track. The tornado tracked for about one mile, beginning near Route 28 in North Creek and moved north-northeast. The tornado lifted after crossing the Hudson River on Bird Pond Road. Most of the damage occurred to hardwood and softwood trees along the path, with the only damage to structures due to fallen trees. Video evidence of the tornado was provided by a local resident through emergency services.
